Serviced office space and business centre offer short or long-term accommodation solutions for businesses. These offices are perfect for small and large organizations as they are normally available immediately with a flexible contractual agreement and offer shared support services. Offices can range from pure space or fully furnished offices, which have telephones and secretarial services already in place.

 

They often provide services such as:

  • Telephone answering (using your company name)
  • Reception/Receptionist
  • Secretarial assistance
  • Internet Connections (Broadband Internet available at certain locations)
  • Personal Computers (extra cost)
  • Free Internet
  • Interview rooms
  • Air conditioning

With a wide variety of different resources at your fingertips, you can relax and concentrate on expanding your business, confident in the fact that all our attractive rates and charges have been agreed beforehand, with no hidden fees.

 
  • Parking: Pay only 1,000 baht per month to avail yourself of one of the parking bays.
  • Secretarial: Your costs are kept to a minimum, as you only pay for the time that you use, with no hourly rates. Our highly qualified bi-lingual team members will handle all your word processing and desktop publishing needs, with our up to date and sophisticated suite of software products, for just 49 baht per 10 minutes.
  • Translation: Let us quote you, per assignment, for the translation of documents into all major business languages.
  • Courier Service: A daily service with our preferred courier providing in-house delivery and pick-up.
  • Facsimile transmission: Incoming and local outgoing rates are 10 baht per page. Long distance transmissions are 45 baht per page.
  • Telephone: 500 baht per month, and then all incoming calls are free, and outgoing calls only incur normal TOT charge rates.
  • Photocopying: 3 baht per page.
  • Refreshments: A wide range of soft drinks and spring water are available, free.
  • Meeting Room: Hold meetings involving up to six people for free.
  • Electricity: After business hours air-conditioning etc – 150 baht per hour.
  • Business Catering: We can arrange for the provision of hot and cold beverages, light snacks or luncheons.
  • Hotel and Travel Arrangements: Our team will endeavour to make sure you have reservations on your preferred airline, staying at your favoured hotel.
  • Miscellaneous: Other services can be provided, such as dry cleaning and flower delivery.
 

Our team will support your business in every way, so that you can concentrate on the bigger picture, and you will receive a single, monthly invoice, for ease of accounting processes.

For a one time only fee of 1,000 baht, place your company name in the directory board located in the lobby of our building.

You Pay Nothing:

For daily cleaning, complimentary coffee, tea, spring water, heating, air-conditioning (during business hours), lighting, insurance, maintenance and security.
